Members Agreement and Code of Conduct

Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct

Welcome to UKNetworker. This code is the backbone of our community. It ensures that every time you log in or interact with a fellow member, you are in a space built for real growth and genuine connection. We believe that a business club is only as strong as the culture its members protect.

You are here because you bring something of value, and in return, we ask for your presence, respect, and a willingness to contribute. This is a living environment where we hold ourselves and each other to a standard that keeps UKNetworker a place worth belonging to.

Our Shared Values

Everything we do is built on values that ensure business works better for everyone involved:

  • Trust: We are here by design, not accident. We trust each other to show up, speak the truth, and keep confidence, which is what makes real introductions possible.
  • Respect: Every voice matters. We treat each other as equals, regardless of status, by listening and holding healthy boundaries.
  • Contribution: Belonging means giving as much as you take. We strengthen the club by sharing knowledge, making introductions, and helping where we can.
  • Growth: This is a haven for those moving forward. We support ambition and provide the honest feedback necessary for professional improvement.
  • Belonging: You don’t have to fit a specific mold; what matters is that you are real, present, and willing to play your part.
  • Legacy: Every member shapes the future of this fellowship. Your actions today build the foundation for everyone who joins tomorrow.

How We Show Up (Membership Expectations)

To keep our focus on business growth and genuine connection, we keep the environment clear of divisive noise. As a member, you agree to:

  • Engage fully: Don’t just lurk in the background; your presence in the directory and your interactions add value to the room.
  • Offer value first: Share what you know, offer introductions, and make connections happen.
  • Protect privacy: Trust is our foundation; what is shared within the club stays within the club.
  • Challenge ideas, not people: Disagreement is fine, but disrespect is not. Keep conversations sharp, not personal.
  • Promote with integrity: Visibility is encouraged, but it should be through sharing expertise and ideas that lift the club. Cold pitching and ‘hustling’ other members is not how we operate here.
  • Stay genuine: We value the ‘real you’ over status games or posturing.

Protecting the Environment

To maintain a haven from the noise and ‘fakery’ of typical social platforms, certain behaviors are not compatible with membership:

  • Any form of disrespect, abuse, or personal attacks – spoken, written, or implied.
  • Spamming or treating fellow members as mere ‘leads’ or ‘marks’.
  • Breaching confidentiality or gossiping.
  • Bringing divisive topics like politics or religion into the professional space.
  • Chronic inaction or a total lack of contribution to the club’s rhythm.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or anything that damages the club’s reputation.

Maintaining Our Standards

Because we value the time and investment of every member, we don’t allow the environment to be diluted. If someone’s actions fall out of alignment with this code, the process is straightforward and fair:

    • A Direct Conversation: You’ll receive a personal message or check-in from the Founder to discuss the issue, remind you of our shared standards, and see how to get things back on track.
    • Protecting the Fit: If we find that the club is no longer the right fit, or if the standards aren’t met after our conversation, your membership will be closed.

We move quickly to protect the collective experience so that the club remains high-value for everyone. All decisions regarding membership are final, and dues are non-refundable if a membership is revoked for a breach of this code.

Growth and Feedback

UKNetworker is built by its members, not just its founder. We expect you to help us improve by providing honest feedback and highlighting what works and what doesn’t. As the club evolves, this code may grow with input from the community to ensure it always serves our collective mission.

Agreement

By applying for and maintaining your membership, you confirm that you align with these values and are happy to be held to these standards. This is our mutual commitment to making UKNetworker a business club you are proud to claim.
