The guest speaker for this event will be Paul Green, founder of Business Unfinished. His talk is titled ‘Multiply Your Growth Through Great Customer Service’. In the talk, Paul shares:

  • A different take on Albert Einstein’s formula and how it can be applied to maximise business growth
  • A simple guide to getting reviews from giving great customer service
  • Real-life practical tips for business success

About Paul Green

Paul comes from an entrepreneurial background with several startups and award-winning businesses. He is passionate about business development through strategy, core values, culture, enthusiasm, and connecting people. Paul has launched Business Unfinished consultancy and is a regular speaker at business events.
