A Holistic Approach to Workplace Conflict
We deliver Workplace/Interpersonal Conflict mediation services across the UK. Underpinning our mediation services we also deliver a spread of courses designed to help you identify and manage conflict within your organisation. This will help you deal with conflict early potentially without the need for external mediation.
The services and courses offered are available nationally in person or over Teams/Zoom: They are all CPD Group Accredited and include:
Mediation Skills (five days)
Mediation Skills for Managers (two days)
Mediation skills for Professionals (1 day);
Conflict Management (half a day);
Active Listening (half a day);
Unconscious Bias (half a
day); and Bitesize Bias (one hour).
We also offer Conflict Coaching services and are DISC Accredited for delivery of psychometric profiling.
Our conflict coaching services help those experiencing conflict find clarity in their actions and help them manage the personal issues of conflict. All this can be helped with individual and team DISC profiling designed to help you get the most out of your staff and help them better understand themselves and how they react to conflict.
